近期，集团杨雪莲副教授在国际期刊上发表微生物发酵制备食用色素相关学术论文。

其中一篇题为“Effects of nonionic surfactants on pigment excretion and cell morphology in extractive fermentation of Monascus sp. NJ1”发表在《Journal of the science of food and agriculture》期刊上。本研究比较分析了多种非离子表面活性剂构建萃取发酵体系促进红曲色素生产的差异，从细胞形态学和物理化学参数等方面研究其可能机制。研究结果为红曲色素的生产提供新技术和新思路，为我国食用色素产业的发展奠定科学基础。
